With hearts full of gratitude we join all the partners and donors of U4A to give thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the gift of life and the opportunity to share our lives with those that we came into contact with in the past month.

Bridges Training @ Yagbon

We had the privilege to visit a community called Yagbon in the Western Gonja district of the Northern Region. The community is located in an area normally referred to as “overseas” which becomes difficult in terms of accessibility as a result of high water levels of a river that has to be crossed before one can get to the area.

It was all joy welcoming the U4A President and the film crew who spent two weeks in Northern Ghana on a mission that got accomplished beyond human imagination. Indeed, we cannot but join the Apostle Paul in saying that; no eye has seen nor ear heard nor heart of a man imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.

Introduction

A number of us are privileged to know the Saviour of the Lord which we praise God for. However, there remain several others who are not yet part of this wonderful love of the Lord. They too need to taste and see how good the love of the Lord is. God Bless those who are praying, giving or participating in any form to assist in getting the love of God extended to these ones. May your efforts continue to yield good results in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Leadership Transition in Ghana

I would like to introduce you to Samson Abukari, who is joining the Unite4Africa team. He has accepted the Boards offer to be the new Country Director for Ghana.

Samson has served on the Board of Unite4Africa Ghana for several years. Samson’s leadership abilities will help Unite4Africa expand our mission and the ministry in Northern Ghana. He will build up the Board and raise up new local partners to help share the gospel of Jesus Christ using Bridges and empowering communities through CHE (Community Health Evangelism). Just as we doing in Kenya and Ethiopia.

Please add Samson to your prayer list. Keep him in prayer as he works to raise up and develop new leaders who will help communities throughout Northern Ghana come to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We want to thank Paul Napari for his four years of service with Unite 4 Africa as the Country Director and wish him the best in all he does going forward.

Leadership Transition in Ghana

Greetings Friends and Partners,

It is with sadness that I share with you that the Board has had to make a change in leadership in Ghana. Let me inform with you that the US Board did not take this lightly, we have been working with Paul Napari for the past two years on some necessary improvements in his leadership. Unfortunately Paul was unable to change and adapt to these requests, so he has been asked to step down. This was effective on Sep 20th 2013. Please keep Paul and his family in your prayers.
