Ethiopia Update – November 2016
The creativity of our students in Wonjishawa
The impact of our school project in Wonjishawa is tangible and visible in the life and wholesome development of our students. Besides their spiritual and theoretical teachings, they are doing some other activities that enable them to develop their skills and creativity. On the pictures shown below we can see some of their creative work that help us to understand some of their subjects like biology and Physics. They make all those teaching aid with trash, pieces of metal and wires.

Training of trainers/TOT/ Training
Even though we did not conduct many more training events due to the situation in our country, we have had few masters and TOT training events in Addis Ababa and Debrezeit. All our key leaders and master trainers have come together and had a wonderful time of evaluation and sharing experiences. We have looked back our previous work and evaluate the impact, the challenges and new issues that we need to address as we serve our communities. Things are changing in our country rapidly. The situation where we started our ministry have changed now. We have agreed that we need to come up with new strategies and approaches in order to meet the needs of our people.
Based on our agreement, since, the numbers of local churches we have are getting increase time to time we have opened a new sub office in Nazareth to coordinate all the works around that region. We thank God for this new expansion of work.
Key leaders & Master trainers are discussing on our work.
Our Bible School
We thank God for our new Bible school. 15 students are learning now. Actually we expected more than 20 students but because of the unrest in the country some of our prospect students did not make it to come.
Most of the students who are able to come here to learn are so exited and thank God for the opportunity that He provided for them to study the word of God here in this facility. Our mission is to develop and prepare Godly, gifted & skillful Christian leaders and ministers through training, education and mentoring for service to the great commission. I believe that God will help us and we will be able to accomplish our vision and mission through this school.
