Kenya Updates – August 2021

LEADERS TRAINING – ZION BAPTIST, MAILTISA

With the gospel going deeper into Maasai land and many embracing and accepting Jesus Christ as their Saviour, the Men have been left behind and they don’t want to abandon traditions and culture. It is with this in mind that Unite 4 Africa embarked on training the few Maasai men who are holding leadership positions in their churches. We train them on Discipleship and mentorship so they can help reach out and help their fellow Maasai men to grow in the knowledge of the word of God.

GOATS FOR ORPHANS – EMOTOROKI

This year we were privileged in Kenya to be visited by the president of Unite 4 Africa, Dr. Okongo Samson together with his wife Shyla. He visited several communities and at Emotoroki where we planted a new church. He encouraged and helped to give goats to a few orphans and vulnerable children in this community. In this community Elephants have killed several people leaving several widows and orphan children. We thank God for U4A coming to empower the orphans.
