I. Women Bridges Training in Nazareth
Addiskidan Derib, one of our Women master trainers has trained 15 women in Nazareth. The aim of this training is to multiply the women trainers. They took the bridges two training. After they complete all the bridges training we will send them out to the villages so that they will be able to train more trainers.
The participants of the training were so active in implementing what they have got from the training. They had wonderful time of discussion, drama and practicing story telling in Ethiopian coffee ceremony event.

II. Progress of our School project in Donni Village.
Donni village is one of our training hubs located about 35 KM far from Nazareth. We have a school project run by our church. Pastor Endale Gurmu is one of Master trainers in the area and pastor of the church. The school provides education service for the orphans. We started this project 4 Years ago. Currently 156 children are attending the class from KG to grade one level.
The current classrooms are not adequate good for the children. They are too small to accommodate the children. The toilet also is made up with wood and mud and it is very risky for the children.
Therefore we have started to construct new classrooms for our children. We have already laid the foundation for 5 classrooms. Each classroom will contain 40 children. So, after we complete this project we will have about 200 students in the future.

III. General Assembly of Emmanuel United Church of Ethiopia
I travelled to Western Ethiopia, Wollega region in the town called Dambidollo. I have conducted Bridges 2 training with the emphasis of mission focused and healthy church.
More than 100 church leaders and local missionaries represented 75 villages in the region have attended the training.
The feedback and the testimony from the participants was amazing. We need to conduct more training in the area if God provides us the budget.
Conclusion
Our leaders and local missionaries are doing amazing work in their respective region and villages. I got the opportunity of visiting most of the regions and the training hubs. I have observed that more prayers and trainings are needed for our leaders. So, please pray for us in the following prayer request lists:-
- Pray for our leaders that may God would provide us to conduct more trainings to equip them for the work of the kingdom.
- Pray for our school project in Donni village that may God would help us to be able to complete the construction of the classrooms and toilets for the children and for purchasing water tanker.
- Pray for our national election, which is going to be held in May/2015. May God would control every situation. We Africans are tired of violence during and after the election.
