Note from the Board- September 2018
Revival, transformation, trusting in God’s grace and His ability to provide for and sustain each of His children: each of you reading this newsletter, and each person reached by Unite 4 Africa, we are all part of God’s family and called to His greatest commandment.
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Matthew 22:36-40,
Read it, learn it, live it, love it.
With God’s Grace, looking forward, our sights at Unite 4 Africa are on Jesus and how we can help others know His great Love and great Mercy. Thank you, to each of you who have joined Unite 4 Africa in prayer and financially! You are part of God’s amazing work!
Too often we spend time regretting the past, and it takes our eyes off of the future and God’s plan for us. What is behind us is to be learned from and prospered from, not to be defeated by. It’s hard to focus on God’s calling and His greatest commandment when we are focused inward and on past issues.
This is why I am proud of Unite 4 Africa, and their work to empower those in need, helping them to see the hope and future that God has planned for them. This is a forward moving organization. Thank you if you’ve joined us financially or in prayer. Please consider doing so if you haven’t.
