Note From The Board – Jim Weisert

Hopefully you have had a chance to read many of the wonderful stories this year of the awesome work God is doing in Africa through Unite4Africa. I hope you have been touched, blessed, and moved to pour your life deeper into the work God has called each of us to do – share who He is, His love, and His truth with all people!

That is the reason Unite4Africa exists. What we want more than anything is to offer the world a chance to respond to the Good News of Jesus Christ.  Your partnership has and will continue to grow the movement we are seeing as God’s people join together to transform lives for Christ throughout the world.

There are literally billions of Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists that have yet to hear the Good News of Jesus. We often find ourselves wishing, hoping, and praying that we could do more, faster for the Kingdom of God. But be encouraged in 2^nd Peter 3:9 we are told “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” Pray with us that each life you, I, and Unite4Africa touch will respond to the Good News of Jesus and turn to God with a repentant heart and give their life to Christ!

We are also told in Mathew 9:37 “Then he (Jesus) said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.” So, we are asking you to prayerfully consider increasing your monthly financial donation so we can raise up new team members to join us in the field. Years ago, we began training people to live out a life that glorifies our God and we help them learn to share their faith with others; we started with dozens, today we train over 10,000 people annually. This takes time and money. We have 100’s of people that regularly visit our website monthly, sometimes 1,000’s, but very few give a monthly donation. Please prayerfully consider becoming a monthly financial partner with Unite4Africa. And share what Unite4Africa does with your family and friends; see if you can’t help the work of the Lord expand by raising up new partners to serve with Unite4Africa.
