Kenya Update – Sep 2014 – Rauf Okal – Operations Director
KAJIADO
Unite 4 Africa Inc. received some funds for the animals for orphans project. We are in the stage of giving the goats and sheep. Rev. Moses has already overseen the giving of goats and sheep in Noosikitok.
We hope this venture will go along way to impact positively on the lives of orphans. May God bless abundantly our friends and partners who have supported this noble project.

OSIEKO
Pastor Michael reports a good progress in his Church. There has been steady growth and now he plans to fundraise on the 5th Oct. 2014 to buy more musical instruments for the Church. He is praying that the network will support this noble initiative.
KATITO
Pastor Paul of House of Hope Church in Katito reports that they had a one-week mission from 22nd Aug. to 28th Aug. During the period they did door to door outreach and seminars. The Mission was organized by a group of churches in Katito and some guest Churches from other parts of the country.
We hope and pray this will have an impact to the community.
The mid week fellowship is also ongoing including women, and men. The youth have been actively involved during the holidays.
The Church plans for a seminar for women on Oct 26, 2014. The Theme shall be , “The role of a Christian Women Mentor.” This will help and develop women who can mentor others in Christian faith.
KANYAMEDHA
Pastor Paul of Mamboleo RGC has planted Kanyamedha Church. He reports that the church is picking up well and has a weekly attendance of 13 people. Three new people joined this Month of August.
He asks the U4A network to join hands in prayer for theft, polygamy, poverty, witchcraft and diseases that are a major challenge in this are.
KINALE
Kinale Church under the guidance of Pastor Paul held a revival meeting from 22nd to 24th Aug. 2014. The meeting saw 10 people receive salvation and 5 have started going to church.
He also reports that a couple got saved in Church and the couple are in need of a Bible; he prays he will be able to provide one for them. The Church plans to hold its Baptism in the month of October 2014.
Also, a planned Church leaders meeting from Kinale region is scheduled for 15th Sept. 2014. The meeting is meant to foster unity and chat a way forward for the Church. We hope and pray all shall be well as they desire to unite the body of Christ.
