Kenya Update-March 2018

Pastors Training- Mailtisa Kenya

This February 2018, we were blessed to have a team of pastors from the USA come to train and empower the local Maasai pastors with the skills necessary for the pastor to shepherd a church. This has seen a lot of pastors who have never had a chance to enroll in a Bible school or seminary classes being empowered with scriptures and skill to lead their own churches.

Kitchen Construction-Zion Baptist Mailitisa

A team from Muldraugh Baptist Church KY came with tools and helps to construct a kitchen for Zion Baptist Church Kindergarten. This will go along way to serve the Nursery during the feeding program. Food use to be prepared in an open, under a tree. We really appreciate all the saints at Muldraugh Baptist.

Motobike Support For Evangelism and Ministry

In the year 2017, the pastors in Matapato Baptist Association started an initiative to support local pastors who minister to Churches very far from their homes and have to walk for hours every Sunday to Church. We were able to buy one Motorbike for Pastor James Kirkuria of Koitiko Baptist Church. Rev Okongo who is the President of Unite 4 Africa supported us in this initiative. This year again in February Rev Okongo, Unite 4 Africa president and Pastor Eric Stephens of Black Mountain Baptist Church Phoenix Arizona jointly supported to buy a motorbike fro Pastor Amos Ntekenkei of Karero Baptist Church.

Goats For Orphans

The Saints at Muldraugh Baptist Church KY supported three Orphans with Goats. When the team of pastors came to train the local pastors in Mailtisa, they were able to present the goats to the Orphans at Zion Baptist Church.
