Ghana Updates – July 2022
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you” (1 Peter 1:3-4)
Pastors and Church Leaders Transformation Conference
Samson was the lead facilitator for the Wholistic Development and Transformation Conference for church pastors and leaders in the Upper East region of Ghana. Over 30 participants took part in the conference and at the end of the four days of fellowship and interaction; it was obvious from the feedback received that their lives were greatly impacted.
Women Cycle of Life Training
It was a great joy having over 35 women coming across of various communities in the Upper West Region of Ghana to participate in the Women Cycle of Life training held at the Sem – B Lodge. By the end of the training, we had very positive feedback including the following:
“Please if is it possible for this training to be organized for our Church women across the Northern Ghana because every woman must listen to this great teaching”
“I have heard of being fearfully and wonderfully made but now through this training it makes more sense for me now.”
“I have not regretted for being a part of this program and my home will definitely not be the same again”

Goats Project
Unite 4 Africa, with the support from their partners, continue to empower orphans through the goats project which has proven to bring great empowerment to families who hitherto had lost hope and didn’t know what to do, especially, in the area of providing basic educational needs for their orphaned children.f
Radio Broadcast
It has been a little over two years since the inception of the weekly radio program dubbed “Seed of Hope Broadcast”. Recently two church leaders met Samson in a Christian program and remarked, “We just want to encourage you to continue the work that is being broadcasted weekly. For your information, both believers and unbelievers alike, are benefiting greatly from the program. Most are unable to call in when the phone lines are open but the listenership is great”.
Prayer Needs
• Pray for outreach programs to communities where the gospel of Christ is being sent.
• Continue to pray that the Holy Spirit works through the Seed of Hope weekly radio broadcast to reach out to our listeners.
• Continue to pray for the church planting training centers that are led by Samson.
Yours in His Vineyard,
Samson Abukari – Country Director, Ghana
