Ghana Updates – February 2022

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 23:19-20)

Introduction

Jesus expects us His representatives to march on making disciples of all nations. This mandate that Jesus has given to us cannot be left unattended to. We must march out with all the needed zeal and strength to carry the mandate with all the diligence it deserves.

Mission Schools

Samson assisted in facilitating in two separate mission schools where close to 40 missionaries underwent training to be sent to work among unreached people groups. One batch graduated and ready to work among the Fulani people group.

Vision Casting

Samson and the Regional director of the Timothy Initiative went and had vision casting in the upper regions of Ghana so as to get the Discipleship and Church planting program expanded. It is our hope that through the expansion many more souls shall be welcomed into the kingdom.

Visitation of New Church Plants

It is a great joy to see what the Lord is doing with the trainees in the Timothy Initiative Program that Samson is overseeing in Northern Ghana. Recently Samson and the West Africa Regional Director visited some of the new fellowships or Church plants started by the trainees in the program. Keep praying for these new believers that they will be established in the Lord.

Radio Broadcast

More and more testimonies keep coming as a result of the weekly daily Broadcast dubbed “Seed of Hope Broadcast” one man said “ Thank you so much for this program I don’t usually miss it. When one makes time you are assured of a genuine Gospel keep it up” another woman called into the program and said “I just want to say thank you for helping shape my life. Sometimes it is just like God has told you about my life. I am being transformed through the broadcast”

Prayer Needs

• Pray for the new church plants and their leaders that the Lord will cause growth to take place.
• Pray for the missionary trainees that they will continue to be passionate about souls and that the Lord will bless their efforts in the field.
• Keep thanking God for the Seed of Hope Radio Broadcast that many will come to the saving knowledge of Christ and that those who are already in Christ will be built up to maturity.
• Pray for the upcoming Training of Trainers program for Church planting and discipleship
