Ghana Updates – February 2021
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Do not cause anyone to stumble, whether Jews, Greeks or the church of God — even as I try to please everyone in every way. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved” (1 Corinthians 10:31-33)
Introduction
Our God is a faithful God and desires that we too be found faithful in our dealings with Him and our fellow human beings. In whatever we do be it in conversation or conduct we are expected to do it all to the glory of God and for the uplifting of our fellow human beings.
The Timothy Two Project
The Timothy Two Project which we had the privilege to participate in was held again for the second and third modules for this year. It was an awesome experience to be equipped to assist in mentoring others in the areas of Knowing and Trusting God. We look forward to see several other teams benefit from this training as we share with them for the chain of sharing to continue.
Goats Project
Many more orphans keep benefiting from the goats project. We say thank you to all the partners of U4A who keep making it possible for hope to be restored especially for orphans.
Partnership for Reaching the Unreached
One thing that helps strengthens teams is partnership. Through it we are able to share and put our energies together for the achievement of a common goal. It was a great privilege reigniting our partnership with an indigenous Church planting organization known as Christian Outreach Fellowship for strength to reach out to a district which has less than 5% Christians in Northern Ghana. Our team got practical hands on knowledge and experience in reaching to the unreached.
Radio Broadcast
Our weekly Seed of Hope Broadcast keeps improving and enjoying a continuous rise in listenership. A recent check shows that listenership is far above the previous estimations on the impact and coverage of the program. The program touches lives in four different regions in Northern Ghana and more and more people are testifying of how their lives keep on being impacted through the broadcast. Other sister stations are extending a hand of invitation to Samson to come and share.
Prayer Needs
• Keep praying as there is a rise in Covid -19 cases in Ghana.
• Continue to thank God for the Seed of Hope Radio Broadcast that many will come to the saving knowledge of Christ and that those who are already in Christ will be built up to maturity.
• Pray that the upcoming ministering through sports trainings shall be successful
Yours in His Vineyard
