Ghana Update – July 2019

“May your unfailing love come to me, Lord, your salvation, according to your promise; then I can answer anyone who taunts me, for I trust in your word. Never take your word of truth from my mouth, for I have put my hope in your laws.” (Psalm 119:41-43)


The unfailing love of the Lord and His salvation is ever available and ready for to accept for our benefits. The word of the Lord can be trusted and it is our prayer the word which is truth will never be taken from our mouth as we put our hope in it.

Prayer Retreat

The John 10:16 Group, a non-denominational group which Samson leads, held a few day’s prayer retreat were varies prayers and petitions were made for the unsaved, missions and mission related issues.

Coaching Group

Some of the Coaching Group members have began practicing what we have been learning in DMM class little by little and it is our hope that new functional groups will emerge out of which will sow a seed of a movement in the community and beyond.

Moglaa Model School

The leadership of the Moglaa Model School have purchased some building materials in readiness for the construction of a four unit classroom block. The support received from Unite 4 Africa was to construct three classrooms but the leadership through their own local efforts mobilize resources that will augment the resources provided to make it four classes. We look forward to a speedy work very soon.

New CHE Opportunities

Plans are far advance to train at least twelve trainers who will be assigned to the four new communities identified for the start of Community Health Evangelism. This will be done alongside with an additional training of another eight trainers for Women Cycle of Life and Children CHE implementations. We will need $700 to help us carry out these trainings.

2019 Goals and funding needs

These are the goals and funding needs for 2019 and we look forward to partners who want to take up any of the goals to assist us get them implemented and achieved.


Prayer Needs

Remember to lift up these prayer needs before the Lord.

  • Continue to pray for the success of the new CHE opportunities in the Nanton District.
  • Continue to pray for the construction of infrastructure for the Model school in Moglaa.
  • Pray for the Lord’s provision for the achievement of the 2019 goals and funding needs. If you can help finance any of the above needs we are grateful.
