“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6 ESV)”
Introduction
As we draw closer to the very end of the year 2014 a careful reflection of the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord is needed with a thankful heart. Let us give thanks to the Lord for his goodness over our lives since the beginning of the year till this very last month of the year. As we remember the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ may you receive an insight this great and wonderful work the Lord has done for the universe.
Monitoring visit
The U4A Team paid a monitoring visit to the Kpalgigbuni community to check on the progress of the construction of a water system for the community. It was a good moment and it was a joy seeing the appreciation written on the faces of community members who were present to assist in the construction.
Advance Leadership Seminar
Samson was privilege to participate in a 5 days Advance Leadership seminar organized by the Ghana Chapter of the Haggai Institute. After the graduation at the seminar they were charged to go and be leaders of difference to impact positively on our generation both physically and spiritually.
Bridges Training
Bridges training was organized for 32 participants made up Pastors and Church leaders drawn from congregations of the Tamale Rural District of the Presbyterian Church. It was an exciting moment with most of the participants expressing gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the training.
Live school Facilitators Training
Isaac and Samson had the privilege to participate in the World Mission Centre, South Africa/USA’s live school’s facilitators training organized for Tamale, Northern Ghana. The training is designed to make Churches become mission minded and to make it a point to train their members to be effective witnesses of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
