I. Pastors’ Training in Debrezeit

One of the plans we have for last year and even for this year too is to equip our new emerging leaders in Biblical leadership skills and with sound and whole counsel of the word of God so that they will be able to lead the local churches properly, plant more churches and make many disciples. 

To do so we have a program called the new generation leaders training program. We have selected 20 young leaders from all parts of the country and have brought them to the town called Debrezeit to train them for a week. The training was focused on the leaders and their wholesome development, more than on the system or the organization. 

This program will continue throughout 2015 as the leaders will come together four times for training and experience sharing.

II. Church Leaders Training in Shashamane

I have conducted a vision sharing, discipleship and leadership training in Shashamane town. All evangelical and Pentecostal church leaders in the town attended in this two days training events. More than 200 church leaders and full time minsters have attended the training.

III. We have started New KG School in Modjo

We have started new KG school in Modjo town. Pastor Tadesse Alemayehu is one of our regional leaders and pastor of the Modjo Emmanuel United Church. He got the vision several years ago but due to the scarcity of recourses and luck of logistics he could not realized his vision so far. But now by the Grace of God he made it. He rents a small compound and start the Kg school. There are 220 children attending the Kg school. Praise God 

Conclusion

In my conclusion I would like to ask all our partners to pray for us in the following areas: – 

• Pray for our new KG school. There are many shortages and limitations to run this KG school.

• Pray for me that God would provide for me LCD projector. This equipment is very important for me to conduct training events all over the country. It will help my back problem a lot if I use it. 

• Pray for the orphans: may God bless them in every aspects of their life as they grow up in the midst of the community. Pray also for their guardians: may God give them wisdom in raising the orphans up in the Lord
