From Despair to Destiny: Transforming Lives Through Rescue and Restoration
We are glad to report of a major success with the rescue of 138 girls from the dangers of early and forced marriages, aligning with our mission to protect vulnerable children and restore their dignity. Early marriage presents a widespread challenge, often leading to the cessation of education and exposing young girls to emotional and social harm.
Following the rescue, a special fellowship session was held with the girls and a visiting team led by Dr. Okongo. This gathering was filled with prayer, encouragement, and powerful testimonies. The girls were reminded of their immense value and identity in Christ. The team emphasized that the past does not define their future, highlighting education as a God-given pathway to empowerment.
The immediate focus is now on the practical step of ensuring that all 138 girls are admitted into various schools. The comprehensive plan includes securing educational sponsors, providing essential supplies like uniforms and books, and assigning mentors and local church leaders for continuous spiritual and emotional support. We are very grateful to all partners and donors, acknowledging that their generosity is directly transforming destinies and enabling these girls to receive a new beginning to pursue education and grow to fulfill their God ordained purposes on the earth.

A Game with Eternal Impact: Hope Through Sports
In a dusty village field, young athletes gathered for more than just a soccer final. Unite 4 Africa, led by President Dr. Okongo, brought more than soccer balls; they brought a message of love and purpose. As part of Unite 4 Africa’s sports evangelism outreach, Dr. Okongo personally donated new soccer balls to local teams, igniting joy and excitement among the youth. But before the game began, he shared a powerful word of encouragement. He reminded them that they are deeply loved by God and that their identity and worth go far beyond winning a game.
As the teams huddled together, Dr. Okongo prayed over them, blessing their futures, families, and dreams. That simple act, on a humble field, became a sacred moment. He then stayed to cheer them on during the final match, not as a guest of honor, but as a brother in Christ, celebrating the unity and hope that sports can bring. A 17-year-old midfielder from Partimaro, a community in Maasai land said, “I came to play football, but I left with more than just experience. I now know that Jesus sees me, loves me and has a plan for my life.”
That day, soccer became more than a game. It became a tool of transformation and unity.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our U4A Partners — From Mbitini Community
Our recent visit to Mbitini, Kitui County, with Dr. Okongo was a powerful reminder of the deep impact your partnership has made. Rev. Peter had invited local beneficiaries, many meeting Dr. Okongo for the first time, to share their stories. What followed was a joyful, gratitude-filled gathering. Hands shot up as people eagerly shared how their lives have been transformed through initiatives like the Goat for Orphans Project, the Bible Project, and the Education Program. So many wanted to give their testimonies, we couldn’t hear them all!
Each story spoke of restored hope and renewed purpose, all made possible through your generosity. It was a sacred moment, a living witness to God’s goodness through your faithful support. Thank you for walking this journey with us. Because of you, lives are changing, and an entire community is being uplifted. Below are photos that tell just a few of these stories—we look forward to sharing more in our next newsletter.

Naibala Church plant bringing community transformation
The dedication of the Naibala CommunityChurch stands as a powerful testament to faith and persistence, marking a major success in the broader “Mission 100 Churches” vision. What began as a small group of Believers gathering and worshiping under a tree has successfully transitioned into a semi-permanent, beautiful house of worship. This achievement is celebrated not only as a fulfillment of their vision for a physical temple but also as an inspiring display of God’s faithfulness and the unstoppable momentum of their mission to bring the light of Christ to every community.
The dedication ceremony was a moment of profound joy, drawing together church members, community leaders, and well-wishers. The highlight was a powerful sermon based on 1 Corinthians 3:16, which emphasized that while the new building provided an essential gathering space, every Believer is a living temple of God. The message encouraged the congregation to live in holiness, unity, and love, ensuring the church functions not just as a sanctuary but as a reflection of God’s presence in the wider community.
The new structure has quickly become a tangible symbol of transformation and hope in Naibala, bringing renewed faith and serving a vital role in the community. The church now operates as a central location for worship, discipleship, family nurturing, and active outreach and evangelism into surrounding villages. We have sincere gratitude to all ministry partners and donors whose generous contributions and prayers have served to empower the team in church plants as we witness the salvation of many to the glory of God.

Prayer Requests
Pray for Pastor Titus as he prepares for his ordination, that God may strengthen, equip, and guide him to fulfill the call of God over his life. Also, lift in prayer the thirty other pastors who will be commissioned for ministry- that the Holy Spirit fills them with wisdom, humility, and passion for souls and that their ministries will bear lasting fruit.
Pray that the young girls in our communities will find renewed hope, strength, and purpose in the Lord. May they be shielded from discouragement, exploitation, and societal pressures that seek to destroy their worth. Ask God to help them retain their dignity, embrace their God-given identity, and rise to become women of faith, integrity, and influence in their generation.
Ask the Lord to anoint every evangelistic effort and discipleship of the new Believers that we are involved in and that He raises faithful leaders for the new church plants in our communities.
