“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen..” (Matthew 28:19-20)

DISCIPLE MAKERS TRAINING

Christ was very clear when He gave the command to His followers as to what He expects us to be doing as He departed from the earth. Making Disciples of all nations is the main task. So, wherever we find ourselves, one thing is very certain, and that is “we need to make Disciples of all nations.” It is in obedience to this that we get to do what we do, whether it is in a community meeting, in an office space, in the marketplace, on the farm, in a church space, or any other place.

Before giving that command, Jesus modelled for us how and what it means to disciple people through the work He did with His twelve apostles.

PASSING A BLESSING ON TO ANOTHER

The goats project, which brought smiles on the faces of orphans, has continued to make some significant impact in the lives of orphans across families and communities. What was instituted many years ago as a way of teaching orphans and families to intentionally learn how to give and also be a blessing to others has yielded good results. What was instituted offered an orphan who has received goats to also give a goat to another orphan when his/her goat has kids (babies). 20 goats have been given to 20 orphans who have raised them to help meet their basic needs, including educational expenses.

RAISING TRAINERS

Most of the time, we are not intentional in raising generational leaders for the future. Sometimes things become easier when the trainer is able to model what is being trained for participants to observe, and if possible, they can be asked to participate and get to know how practically they can do it better even on their own. Samson gets to do this as he intentionally works on becoming a better trainer for the future.

PRAYER NEEDS

• Pray for the twins of Samson and the wife, as they prepare to go to the Senior High School, that the Lord will grant schools that will help shape them for the future the Lord has for them.
• Pray that Gospel presentation efforts in the country shall yield positive results in people saying yes to Jesus Christ.
• Pray for the gathering of the body of Christ in Lome, which is aimed at accelerating the Great Commission across nations.
• Pray that for the Church in Ghana to be intentional in reaching out to the remaining Unreached People Groups with the Gospel.
