PADS AND PLAY: SUPPORTING CHILDREN WITH DIGNITY AND JOY
It’s such a delight to report on the much-appreciated Dignity Pads Initiative at Kiangatia Primary School in Murang’a County. Together with a visiting team from OVCN, U4A leaders, led by Dr. Okongo had the opportunity of empowering young girls through menstrual health support. Fathers in the team were at the forefront in gifting the girls. Their presence and engagement marked a profound and symbolic step forward in normalizing menstrual conversations and dismantling long-held taboos.
The boys at Kiangatia primary school were not left out. While the day primarily focused on supporting girls through the dignity pads initiative, the visiting team gifted the school two brand-new footballs. The moment the balls were handed over, the boys lit up with excitement and immediately ran to the field to start playing. One boy, visibly thrilled, asked whether the balls would be left behind and his joy was unmistakable when told that they belonged to the school. This simple gesture not only brought happiness but also reinforced the message that every child matters, regardless of gender.
This would not have been possible without the generous support of our valued U4A partners. With your continued support, we aim to reach more schools and communities, ensuring that no girl misses school or feels ashamed because of her period. Thank you for walking this journey with us.

POWERFUL MOVE OF GOD AT ILPARTIMARO
During our recent open-air outreach at the local center, we rejoiced to see young and old make a commitment to follow Jesus. This was more than just an event; it was a divine appointment where hearts were stirred and lives were changed by the Word of God. Certainly, heaven too rejoiced over those who came to Christ.
From the moment the sound system was set up, the people from the community began to gather, some curious but many expectant. The spiritual hunger in the atmosphere was undeniable. Men, women, and youth stood and listened intently to the message of hope and salvation.
As the invitation to accept Christ was given, those under conviction came forward to surrender their lives to Jesus, some with tears, others with joy, and many with a new light in their eyes. Truly, the Holy Spirit was at work.
This life-changing outreach would not have been possible without the faithful prayers, support, and partnership of people like you. Together, we are fulfilling the Great Commission taking the Gospel beyond the church walls and into the highways and the byways.

OLOSHO SIDAI CHURCH PLANT AND PASTOR ORDINATION
We thank the Lord for His abundant grace upon our evangelism teams. During the months of June and July, we conducted evangelism outreach in Orperr-Elong’o village, and by God’s help, a new church was planted.
This church had a unique beginning. When the meetings first started under a tree, only children came. Sensing the Lord’s leading, we embraced this as a Sunday School Church. Over the following Sundays, attendance grew to 67 children. Soon after, their parents began joining as well.
In August, we reached another milestone, we ordained a pastor to shepherd the Lord’s flock in this new congregation. We give all glory to God for this miraculous work, and we are especially grateful for the provision of land where the church will now have a permanent place to meet.

Empowering Christian Leaders: A Milestone for U4A Kenya
Raising and empowering leaders is a central part of Unite4Africa’s vision so that the Gospel of Christ may be shared with clarity, wisdom, and deep understanding across the continent. Dr. Okongo and the entire Unite4Africa (U4A) leadership remain deeply committed to the development of Christian leaders across Africa. It is both their joy and God-given mandate to equip leaders with the skills and capacity necessary for transformational impact in the Church and community. We are excited to share a recent milestone: Pastor Josephine and Maina, U4A leaders in Kenya, have successfully graduated from Pan Africa Christian University with bachelor’s Degrees in Transformational Church Leadership.
The knowledge and skills we have acquired are both practical and relevant, already enhancing our leadership capacity and our effectiveness in ministry. At U4A, we believe in doing ministry with excellence and authenticity and this educational journey is helping us serve God with deeper understanding and greater impact. We are sincerely grateful to Dr. Okongo, Rev. Shyla, and all our partners whose generous support has made this dream a reality.

The joy is pulpable, thanks be to God!
